But wait, there's MORE! :D

I mentioned in my last post that I'd started an outreach group at my church but that's not the only baby God's got me birthing this summer ;). Before I graduated, I asked Him to give to me things that are beyond my own natural ability to accomplish, so He can be most glorified through me, and He sure answered that cry because last night was the first session of a Prophetic Arts class I'm also starting at Horizon :). It was such a phenomenal time! There were twelve people there for this first session (though there are almost 30 signed up in total), both adults and kids, and they all had an amazing time learning about the prophetic, about their ability to reveal God's nature as the Creator through their creativity, about their access to the heart of God, and their possession of a sanctified imagination through the mind of Christ. And it was so fun for me to teach! God's been revealing to me that teaching and equipping is a HUGE part of my calling, so it just felt... so natural ot be sharing His heart and my heart and my experiences with everyone last night. Watching them create prophetic art for one another, each person earnestly seeking the heart of God for the other, I couldn't stop smiling :). It was such an honor and a joy to be able to release to them what the Lord has given to me, not to mention that I got to see people who have NEVER painted and NEVER done prophetic art create incredible art pieces that they didn't know they could! God's supernatural grace was flowing in that place!

So last night has left me in a place of extreme gratitude toward the Lord for moving so powerfully and accomplishing so much, and yet I've also got this very strong sense of Him wanting to take us to a MUCH deeper place... I'm very eager for our next session together!

That's the scoop! I love you guys so much, and am delighted to share this testimony of forward motion of the Kingdom with you! Whatever He has put on your heart, even if the vision feels TOO BIG for you, just go for it! ;)

Love and blessings,

Melissa

Blessings

Cool pictures. I'm glad to hear all that's going on. It's so exciting to hear your experiences with God in Ventura!

Oh yeah, and I thought I'd stop by and say 'hi'. :-)
